This electric skateboard is designed to offer an optimal driving experience with performances similar to those of unbridled models.

Compliance with the EDPM decree (Motorized Personal Transport Devices) allows you to travel on the roads legally.

 Except for the maximum speed which is limited to 25 km/h to comply with the EDPM decree, all other technical specifications (autonomy, power, braking system) remain unchanged and provide a smooth and pleasant ride.

The use of this skateboard is only permitted from the age of 14, in accordance with the rules of the EDPM.

Equipments mandatory

To comply with the EDPM decree, here are the differences with the electric skateboard sport version : 

  • Lighting : Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already present on the Diablo. 
  • Audible warning device : Finger bell provided, to be worn mandatorily. 
  • Max speed : Limited to 25 km/h, in accordance with legislation. 
  • Reflectors : Retro-reflective devices installed on the sides of the skateboard.

Prohibitions :

  • Driving on sidewalks (except local authorization)
  • Passenger transport (strictly individual use)
  • Use of headphones or sound devices while driving
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Obligations :

  • Bike lanes : Use bike lanes or bike paths
  • Roads with a maximum speed of 50 km/h : Driving permitted on roads with a maximum speed of 50 km/h or less
  • Outside urban areas : Use only on greenways and bike paths
  • Compliance with the Highway Code : Respect the traffic lights, priorities and all applicable rules
