This electric skateboard is designed to offer an optimal driving experience with performances similar to those of unbridled models.

Compliance with the EDPM Decree (Motorized Personal Travel Equipment) allows traffic on roads legally.

Except for maximum speed that is broken at 25 km/h in order to comply with the EDPM decree, all other technical specifications (autonomy, power, braking system) remain unchanged and offer a smooth and pleasant driving.

The use of this skateboard is permitted only from the age of 14, in accordance with EDPM rules.

Equipment mandatory

To comply with the decree EDPM, here are the differences with the electric skateboard version sport : 

  • Lighting : Front and rear lights installed, in addition to the lights already present on the Diablo.
  • Sound warning : Sniff on the supplied finger, to be worn.
  • Maximum speed : Limited to 25 km/h, in accordance with legislation.
  • Reflectors : Retro-reflective devices installed on the side of the skateboard.

Prohibitions :

  • Traffic on sidewalks (unless authorized locally)
  • Passenger transport (only individual use)
  • Use of headphones or sound apparatus during driving
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics
 

Obligations :

  • Cycle paths : Use bike paths or bike strips
  • Roads at maximum 50 km/h : Permitted traffic on roads with a maximum speed of 50 km/h or less
  • Outside agglomeration : Use only on green lanes and cycle paths
  • Observance of road rules : Respect fires, priorities and all applicable rules
