hello bought a sroka foil at a good price, delivery without any problem, however no instructions and missing screws to mount the straps (from a brand other than sroka). had to call the srokka brand and rig up some screws in a hurry before the holidays. Ben

Easy to order on the site, quick preparation, shipment to a relay point. Small downside, it is not possible to choose the type of carrier, I prefer Mondial Relay to GLS, for GLS picking up the package is more complicated (no bar code, identity card, signature).

Despite the initial shipment of an incorrect size of the F-one Frigate compared to the one ordered, the problem was resolved quickly thanks to the return instructions and the shipment of the correct size in a very short time.

The box arrived ripped open and open but the wing seems to have suffered no damage. One star less for the packaging.

The wing looks new but was definitely unpacked because it wasn't folded like a wing out of the factory. To be inflated and then tested.

After a small problem with my order, the teams did their utmost and I am really very satisfied!

Forgetting an accessory in the order, in a shipment to the other side of the world, that should never happen!
