You can count on them if there's a problem. The trigger spring on my FoilDrive remote broke and the replacement part was out of stock. They didn't hesitate to take a remote apart and send me the spring to my vacation spot. Really super nice!

hello bought a sroka foil at a good price, delivery without any problem, however no instructions and missing screws to mount the straps (from a brand other than sroka). had to call the srokka brand and rig up some screws in a hurry before the holidays. Ben

Easy to order on the site, quick preparation, shipment to a relay point. Small downside, it is not possible to choose the type of carrier, I prefer Mondial Relay to GLS, for GLS picking up the package is more complicated (no bar code, identity card, signature).

Fast and efficient delivery from the shop, gear. Be careful to say where you want the delivery person to leave the parcel in case of absence. (Garden, neighbour etc)... Message in your mailbox... Because I was surprised to find my parcel under my letterbox.

I ordered a Twintip North X-Ride and received it perfectly packaged. Impeccable so far. But one of the 4 Track Nuts wasn't threaded!!?? So a quick call to the Shop and Adrien sent me a replacement Track Nut. In short: impeccable!!!
