The best service I have ever received from an online kitesurf retailer. I prefer to pay a bit extra, and make sure all the items I order get here on time. By far the best kitesurf retailer out there.
I ordered online and the package arrived quickly. However, I received a display model (a label mentioned it) whereas this was not stated on the site, hence the rating.
The board was very well packed in the box. The shipment was moved 5 times. I had to go and pick it up at the Geodis depot in Saint Jory. An hour and a half round trip.
