The Atan Madi 3 mm Split Toe is your go-to summer neoprene boot for Surf and windsurf. It is also perfect for wingsurf and kitesurf. It features 3 mm mineral-based glued and blind-stitched neoprene, a super thin 100% natural latex Barefoot System sole, and an ankle drawstring. Atan has been crafting these boots in their Vanosc, Ardèche workshop since 1983.

Construction
The Madi is Atan's summer boot in their Split Toe range. It's made from 3 mm mineral-based neoprene, glued and blind-stitched, without a Plush lining. The split toe design improves foot hold, and an ankle drawstring keeps it secure. Its thin sole, the 100% natural latex Barefoot System, maintains excellent board contact for Surf, windsurf, wingsurf, and kitesurf.
Sizes and care
Atan recommends T1 for sizes 38-39, T2 for 40-41, T3 for 42-43, T4 for 44-45, and T5 for 46-47. Always rinse your boots with fresh water after use. Dry them in the shade without turning them inside out, and apply a little talcum powder to the latex. This protects it from UV and hydrocarbons.

Atan suggests T1 for 38-39, T2 for 40-41, T3 for 42-43, T4 for 44-45, and T5 for 46-47. If you're between two sizes, swing by the shop to try them on.
Both boots are 3 mm with a split toe. The Madi is the summer boot. It has an ankle cord. The Madisson, however, includes a Plush Titanium lining that reflects heat. This makes it warmer.
