IN MOLD Construction
IN MOLD technology integrates the polycarbonate outer shell directly into the EPS foam during molding. The result is a very lightweight helmet that remains highly absorbent in the event of an impact. This construction is the benchmark for cycling and fast-paced sports helmets. It offers the best weight-to-protection ratio available.
Aerodynamics and comfort
The X-OVER's rounded shape cuts through the air at high speeds and protects the back of your head during falls. The internal thermoformed foam pads adapt to your head's shape. The micrometric adjustment system allows for fine and repeatable adjustments. The magnetic buckle can be operated instantly with just one hand, even when you're wearing neoprene gloves.
Wiplash Pad included
Every X-OVER helmet comes with a Wiplash Pad, an extra cushion that improves the fit at the base of your skull. It provides additional protection against sudden head movements during impacts. This detail is highly appreciated by pros and can make all the difference in a heavy fall.
Visor Ready

Double certification EN1385 and EN1077B
The X-OVER combines two European standards: EN1385 (helmets for watersports) and EN1077B (helmets for downhill skiers and snowboarders). This double certification makes it an allround asset for multi-watersports riders. It allows use in both water and snow (ski, snowboard).
Eco-responsible approach
Forward WIP delivers the X-OVER with a biodegradable corn starch protection bag. For the Stealth Black color, an Eco Cork construction is offered. It features an inner lining with 20% bio-sourced cork (instead of EPS foam), an unpainted transparent polycarbonate shell, recycled polyester and bio-sourced cotton fabrics, and raw cardboard packaging printed with soy ink.

The classic X-OVER is the helmet only (without a visor), available in several colors. The X-OVER VISOR includes an integrated Cat.3 visor and is only available in High Vis Orange. To add a visor to the classic X-OVER, choose the X-OVER VISOR as a separate model.
