Any order placed on this site implies prior acceptance of these terms and conditions. Consequently, the consumer acknowledges that their agreement to these terms does not require a handwritten signature, given their intention to purchase products online.
Consumers have the option to save or print these terms, and it is their sole responsibility to do so. Before placing an order, consumers confirm that the products purchased are not for professional use, and as such, they are entitled to specific consumer rights that would not apply if products or services were acquired for professional purposes.

Article 1: Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between the parties. The consumer is deemed to accept these terms without reservation. No other terms, either general or specific, sent or given by the consumer will apply if they conflict with these terms.
Article 2: Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods and services provided by Innovation Distribution Service to the consumer.
Article 3: Contractual Documents
This contract includes the following documents in descending order of priority: the terms and conditions and the order confirmation. In case of conflict between the documents, the higher-order document prevails.
Article 4: Effective Date and Duration
These terms become effective upon the order confirmation and last for the duration required to provide the goods and services, including any warranties.
Article 5: Electronic Signature
The consumer’s double-click on the order confirmation page serves as an electronic signature with the same legal value as a handwritten signature.
Article 6: Order Confirmation
The contractual information will be confirmed via email no later than at the time of delivery or sent to the consumer’s specified address.
Article 7: Proof of Transaction
Electronic records kept in Innovation Distribution Service’s systems will serve as proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties. Order forms and invoices are archived on reliable and durable media, which can be produced as legal proof.
Article 8: Product Information
- 8-a: Products are displayed on the website with details meeting the requirements of Article L 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, allowing consumers to understand essential product characteristics before confirming an order.
- 8-b: Offers are only valid while supplies last.
Article 9: Pricing
Prices are in Euros, including VAT, and are valid only on the date the consumer places an order. Price adjustments will reflect any VAT rate changes at the time of the order.
Article 10: Payment Methods
Consumers can select from available payment options listed on the order form, guaranteeing they have the required authorization for the chosen payment method.
Article 11: Product Availability
Orders are fulfilled within three days of placement. If a product is unavailable, the consumer will be notified promptly and can either cancel the order or select a replacement.
Article 12: Delivery Terms
Products are delivered to the specified address on the order form. Consumers must verify the condition of the package and contents at delivery, reporting any discrepancies to both the transporter and Innovation Distribution Service within one week.
- Small and medium-sized packages are shipped via Colissimo with a 48-hour delivery timeline in France. In case of absence, packages may be collected at a nearby post office within 15 days.
Article 13: Delivery Issues Due to the Transporter
Any delivery issues (e.g., damaged or missing items) must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to the transporter within two business days. A copy of the report should be sent to Innovation Distribution Service.
Article 14: Delivery Errors
Delivery errors must be reported to Innovation Distribution Service within one business day after receipt by calling 02 40 22 16 22 or emailing info@rideevolve.eu.
Article 15: Product Warranty
Consumers are entitled to a legal warranty against hidden defects. Product manufacturers are responsible for any damage caused by product defects, as indicated on the product’s packaging.
Article 16: Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to return products at their expense, provided items are intact in the original packaging. Refunds or exchanges are offered, with refunds processed within 15-30 days.
Article 17: Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance due to unforeseen, unavoidable external events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Article 18: Partial Invalidity
If any clause is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain effective.
Article 19: Non-Waiver
Failure by either party to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that clause.
Article 20: Titles
Clause titles are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
Article 21: Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, consumers should first seek an amicable solution with Innovation Distribution Service.
Article 22: Data Protection
Consumer data is used solely to process orders. Rights to access, correct, and object to data are in accordance with French Law No. 78-17.
For disputes, consumers may contact the FEVAD mediator or use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
